In its age that has already reached more than 40 years, Pekerti is  facing enormous challenges both external and internal. To improve long-term its performance, Pekerti held strategic planning workshop that participated by board and supervisor member, also representative of staff. The workshop resulted some important points such as new redaction vision and mission, and Pekerti’s action plan for 5 years.
