Conditions of Use

ORDER SIZE
Minimum order is $ 3,000.00 FOB Jakarta. An unlimited number of samples may requested (samples are not free). They can be dispatched by air parcel post or by air cargo for larger quantities.

PEKERTI PRICE
Prices are quoted in US Dollars FOB Jakarta. The smallest container available for sea freight is 3 cubic meter.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
As local prices are liable to change and occasionally the circumstances of producers alter, it is important to confirm orders as quickly as possible. Our pro-forma invoice gives delivery time, value of the goods being exported and the payment method required. A copy of pro-forma invoice must be returned to PEKERTI after being signed by the importer. Finally this agreement must be covered by Letter of Credit (L/C) of buyer.

DELIVERY TIME
Its depends on items being ordered. We will specify delivery time in the Confirmation of Orders, minimum 2 months and maximum 3 months.
